Party Ring

Ingredients list:
100g Butter
200g Plain Flour
100g Caster Sugar
2 medium Eggs
150g Icing Sugar
Red food colouring
Yellow food colouring

No party is complete without a party ring! So we made our housemate a pimped version for her birthday!

Step 1: Mix flour, sugar, eggs and butter in the quantities listed above

Step 2: Shape into a sausage, lay onto a pizza tray then flatten it out!

Step 3: Score the marks on the biscuit with the back end of a knife!

Step 4: Bake! For about 25mins at 190degrees…watch for it turning golden brown!

Step 5: Whilst the biscuit cools, mix up two colours of icing (quite thick!)
Step 6: One colour spreads all across the base. With the other draw lines across then drag them down to make the pattern.
