W e made a fresh burger bun, then we mixed 11 kg of mince beef up with onions, garlic, tomato ketchup, eggs and bread crumbs. Then we moulded it in a pan and baked it in the oven for twenty-five minutes.
The chips we cut from large baking potatoes are part cooked in warm oil.
Then turned up the heat on the oil to finish the chips.
To build up the burger we used iceberg lettuce, large gherkins, sliced cheese and ketchup.
