What the original account establishes
These notes distinguish the recorded result from quantities or settings the contributor did not specify. Follow each source link to the original passage.
- Costs: rice £1, seaweed £2 and extras £5. A big bowl of rice was cooked in a rice machine and turned out as a mound, then a second; the tops of the mounds were sawn level while the 3rd and final bowl cooked. The stack was wrapped in a few sheets of seaweed, a hole was cut in the top with a champagne glass, and more rice was scooped out to make room for the filling. A lobster appears only as a joke; instead, 3 peppers were hollowed out, filled with prawns and loaded in. No quantities or times are given. The original account
Cost of Rice £1, Seaweed £2, Exrea’s £5
First I boil a big bowl of rice. Here it is on the plate after being removed
from the bowl.

Then, boil another bowl of rice. I use a rice machine for perfect rice every
time!

Saw the tops of the rice mounds whilst the 3rd and final bowl of rice in on
the boil.

Wrap it all up a few sheets of seaweed.

Cut a hole in the top with a champagne glass then scoop out some more rice
to main room for the filling.

Add a lobster!

Dont be silly. Scoop out 3 peppers and fill with prawns. Load the peppers in
there and bingo! Giant Sushi!
