Giant Kit Kat Chunky Peanut Butter

First of all I purchased all of the ingredients. A hell of a lot of chocolate, a window box (usually for growing you own herbs etc…), some standard ice cream wafers, some butter (for lubrication), a jar of peanutbutter.

I melted part of the chocolate and poured in to make the top of my kit-kat.

Whilst that was setting I spread the peanut butter between the wafers and made little peanut butter sandwiches which consisted of..

I then placed these peanut butter sandwiches onto my set chocolate in the following formation..

..then covered with more melted chocolate until no more wafer could be seen. (don’t forget to hold back a bit of chocolate for touch-ups later)

Then due to the size of my fridge I filled the bath up with cold water and put the kit-kat in there to set.

After a couple of hours I got the kit-kat freed from the window box, and thanks to my girlfriends KIT KAT stencil that she created for me I scraped in the logo onto the top of it.
