    The toffee variety had already been done (use the search function to find it). The cake version is (i think?) still up for grabs!

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm .... chocolate .... cream .... cake

    Although the bready-cakey stuff is different on chocolate eclairs than anything else. I don't know how you'd make it?! Any ideas
