What would be the best way to get the jam inside the dough?
I was thinking with a syringe of some form, infact that is probably the only way to do it now that i think about it, but i committed myself to making this topic and i shant stop now just because i realise it is a stupid question.
it would be good if the jammy substance was hard but then melted when you cooked the doughnut, hence making it a sticky middle as per sainsburys.......

Jelly cubes?
Iced jam?
Or, in fact, use the syringe as stated in the first place
I have speculated for a while and still ave no ideas of how to deep fry the doughnut other than to use the deep fryer my mum uses for chips and change the oil, but that puts a limit on the size the doughnit can be.
any thoughts or ideas anyone else has would be good.
what about baking the swine in hottest temperature in th'oven? Brush its outside with melted butter.
And you could fill it up with a turkey baster full of runny jam?

something that big and moist though, going into boiling fat in a pan ill-equipped for frying i.e. lidless, may leave you looking like the toxic avenger. very hurty
I probably wont do this now as i start 6th form again on tuesday so will have lots of work to do.
Also, with not many people having cooked a massive doughnut in a deep fat fryer before you don't know what could happen, and deep fat friers are ridiculously dangerous things
