OK, a giant samosa… nice!
First step: fry onions in ghee, add mince, fry, add potatoes, fry,
add spices, stir and cool. So far so good.
Second step: mix flour and more ghee, add water, knead, roll,
shape. So far so good.
Fill, fold, seal… oh dear, holes…
Fill holes and fry. So far not bad.
Obligitory disaster! Exploding samosa…. eeek…
Result is not completely as intended…
New plan…new construction technique, thicker pastry…. result!well, kind of.
