Ok, this is a little weird, because I'm actually searching for a professional semi-pimp recipe here.
Years ago, I got ahold of a Gary Rhodes recipe where he made big bourbon biscuits. They weren't much bigger than the real things but he put a brownie in between the biscuit as well as ganache. Heaven!
I'd like to make these biscuits again in normal as well as pimped size. But since that wonderful day I haven't been able to find the recipe! I've searched all over the internet, in the library and bookshops but still no joy.
Does anyone have, or know where I can find Rhodes' recipe for his giant bourbon biscuits?
