I don't follow - why do you get a whole extra day off?!
I suppose I can't complain though - being a student is like having every day off [Razz] [Smile] But come 4th June (my last ever student exam) I will officially have every day off for months and months and months until I find a job! [Very Happy] (Graduation = July 12th)
Technically, my last lecture is next Thursday 17th May and after that it's Revision Week before Exam Week which will both be spent at home revising day in, day out...
Still, I am so excited it cannot even be measured... Don't even try! Just these 4 little exams to get out of the way and I have secured my Masters Physics degree [Smile]
I wish I spent the last 4 years of my life doing something relevant to what I might end up doing for the rest of my life - but since I don't know what that is just yet I'll sit tight.
Professional Snack Pimper perhaps? Eventhough I'm still a snack-pimping virgin... Perhaps I can spend the 6 weeks after my last exam and before my Graduation pimping a snack? Seems worthwhile to be honest [Smile]
Procrastination anybody? There's an abundance of it over here... I better get back to my revision I suppose. "Imaging and Signal Processing" wont learn itself! Digital filters, signal manipulation and spectrum analysis get my juices flowing, oh baby...
Amazingly I had precisely 1 week off from my final exam and starting my first post-degree job. Luckily for me I'd made some contacts prior to finishing Uni and just happened to email them towards then end of my degree to see if there was any work going. Turned out there was and by the time I'd finished my exams I got cracking immediately.
I haven't had a holiday in 4 years but hey, it could be worse [Smile]

Well, you see I think I'd prefer that. I wager that 1 week after my exams, possibly 2, I am going to be bored stiff.
So that means months of being bored before I find a job to keep me occupied throughout my days.
Any recommendations anyone?
As annoying as exams are, I have to give them credit - they certainly do keep me busy and out of trouble weeks beforehand!

Oh I see! How kind of them to give you a day off for that [Smile] Use it wisely!
I'm spending today revising and going to lectures, pretty standard really. I just know today is going to be fun fun fun!
