Once the chocolate was set (a couple of hours in the freezer) the Kitkat was removed from the tupperware. The tinfoil was carefully removed so as not to snap the base and excess chocolate base trimmed down a bit to give it that neat finish we had our giant Kitkat complete with lettering.

Heres how big it turned out to be, far better than we ever expected and it tastes just like a Kitkat. A masterpiece of chocolate engineering.
