So, one burnt thumb later, the first layer of chocolate was deposited into the moulds.
Once the chocolate had pretty much set, a small channel was scooped out to accommodate the toffee..Then a row of Biscuit was stuck on top of the toffee, and then the next 2 bars of chocolate were melted and poured on top to complete the bars.
Once set, they were removed from the moulds. Theyre huge. We forgot to buy an original Twix for size comparisons. Bugger. Never mind, heres an iPod for size comparison.
OK, now to see how they look!

And they taste pretty good too, according to the test audience :-) They are going to take about a month to eat. Wish us luck!
