Then block of bars to block of bars. All in all I settled on 18 bars, 2 blocks of nine bars to give a nice regular shape.
Once these had set up I joined them together with chocolate glue and back in the freezer it went.
So I've got a chocolate base and a big chocolate flakey log , let's bring them together and cover them in something.......what's that you say?..............
......ok then......chocolate it is ! (Note: patriotic wearing of England shirt on St Georges day)
A bit of cajoling with molten chocolate (I never considered chocolate dangerous until I had met it in molten form ,I'm assuming my fingerprints will grow
back?) , back in the freezer and we have the finished bar !

I've know idea how much it weighs but it's at least 18 flakes worth + 600g worth of Tescos own chocolate.
