Four giant cookies made into a chocolate and marshmallow sandwich..and why not?
You need:
6 medium eggs
tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups of white sugar and 2 1/4 cups ofbrown
7 1/2 cups of flour
pinch of salt
a little baking powder and bi-carb. soda
300g of marshmellows
100g chocolate (melted)
1) Turn the oven to gas mark four
2) Get your pimp partner,a kind passer-by or a bet loser to mix the baking powder and bi carb. with the flour and salt while you go about your business mixing the sugar with the butter until creamy.that's to time to get your eggs and vanilla extract out and into the your bowl of what will be makings of one monster of a cookie sandwich.maintain karma in the kitchen with the easy "bettty crocker" meditation as demonstrated by josie.
3) Now for the dry flour mixture.sieve in to the butter eggs and sugar gradually.try not to misplace sieve and run around the kitchen like a headless chicken as people will think you don't know what you're doing (wing it all the way!).stir in flour til glossy and smooth.add the chocolate chips (keep the others to snack on)
4) Grease and flour 4 round cake tins and with two or three spoons thinly add the mixture equally to the tins then place carefully in the oven and wait till brown and crispy.to past time during this waiting period try entertaining/creeping out/irritating the bystanders for your amazing pimped out snack (clue:don't do this in the morning when you are pimping out your breakfast as you might be severely damaged by the more anti-morningist in your household)
