After the triumph of the Billionaire's Shortbread I could not help but getback to pimping more stuff. After much head scraching I decided to stickwith the old biscuit/chocolate combo by creating a rather large chocolatechip cookie. These are the ingredients I used:-
420g Caster Sugar
375g Butter
420g Plain Flour
400g Chocolate
3 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
3 eggs
To start with I put the sugar and the butter in a bowl and creamed them together.
I then added the eggs, Which came from my own chickens (Hope they all donot start sneezing, nasty flu going around at the momant.) And mixed it all well.
Next to go in is 360g of chocolate, the flour and bicarbonate of soda. Thenstart mixing again, mix, mix, mix, thats all I (My Mum) seems to be doing so far.
