OK, a giant samosa... nice!
First step: fry onions in ghee, add mince, fry, add potatoes, fry, add spices, stir and cool. So far so good.
Second step: mix flour and more ghee, add water, knead, roll, shape. So far so good.
Fill, fold, seal... oh dear, holes...
