Perhaps I should clarify. When I say free, I mean I won't charge you for the t-shirt. The catch is very simple and transparent and I will explain it to you now.

You probably can't help but notice recently that I'm running in the London Marathon in April 2008. Naturally I'm looking for sponsorship and I thought it'd be nice if I gave you budding visitors some incentive. So, here it is:

Sponsor me £10 on my Just Giving page and I will sent you a free t-shirt of your choice, anywhere in the world, for free!

Ok, so it's not technically 100% free. You do have to give £10 to a worthy charity, but I personally won't be getting a penny of it and will gratefully send you the t-shirt of your choice at no extra cost. Before sponsoring please check that the t-shirt you want is in stock. A couple of sizes in certain colours are out of stock, and I can't refund any sponsorships made to the Just Giving page in the event of dissapointment.

Easy right? A gooey-happy feeling for sponsoring charity, and a free t-shirt to say thanks. So, once again:

2. Email me the size, style and colour of your desired t-shirt. If for some weird reason you don't email me, but I think you've sponsored me because you want a t-shirt, I'll email YOU.
