Pimp That Snack

Hello!

    Good mid-afternoon, my little dumplings!

My name is Mo0k, I come from Reading, and I've been following this site from the get-go, pretty much. It's given me some great motivation to go out and eat stuff, but I'm yet to pimp a snack (I'm waiting for a flash of inspiration to do a snack no-one has done yet).

Really pleased to see the latest Munchie was a success - that has been the bane of pimpers everywhere, and I'm chuffed someone finally pulled it off.

Anyway. I'll see you on the flip side, I'm about to go buy a chocolate fountain for a birthday party. I can't wait!!

    The Mo0kster.

    *sigh*

Is there no-one that loves me? [Crying or Very sad]

Meh, I'm sure I can manage a bit of love

Chocolate fountains rule - I wanted to buy one for my uni accomodation but would definately get a candy floss maker if I were getting anything!

Sadly, I'm a student and do not have the money.

    Anyway! Welcome [Very Happy]

I would give love freely to all but I'm in the middle of writing a very important and profound book at the moment [Wink]

Ooh I had a chocolate fountain at my birthday. Those things are fab We even pretended it was healthy by having lots of fruit to dip in it.

    Definitely not healthy.

The last time I saw that much chocolate was at Cadbury's World, and it definitely did not make me feel as fat as I do now after the fountain o' cocoa.

My pal (ha ha) was at a party where there was, apparantly, a wine fountain made from melon! It had a similar obsessive attraction as these dear old chocolate fountains... he was not a well lad that night, methinks.

He then had to get up for a tour at six (if you're reading this, J, correct me if I'm wrong) the next morning. Mwah ha ha!

    i have a chocolate fountain!!!
me n my friends used it for my 15th b-day party
we got bored and started drinking the melted chocolate though straws!!!!
even though we had marshmellows, strawberries, popcorn, banana, pinapple and cherries though a straw is def the best way to eat a cocolate fountain!!!

woah, that does sound rather good...

    Damn diet.

    diets should be banned
they ruin all fun in life
  12. blueeyes Fri Sep 01, 2006 6:21 pm #12
Meh, the after effect is pretty damn cool!

Lost three and a half stone when I was 15 - best thing I've ever done
  13. em'n'mz Fri Sep 01, 2006 6:27 pm #13
if i lost 3 and a half stone there wouldn't b anything left.
how did u manage to lose 3 n a half stone?
  14. blueeyes Fri Sep 01, 2006 7:40 pm #14
I was fat and then stopped eating.

Well, I ate a good breakfast and dinner... but nothing else but fruit!

I always wanted to lose another one stone and also I put on weight over A levels so I'm back on the dietness!

At least until I get to uni... in three weeks. Hmm <thinks> this may not go very well...

Mind you! the three and a half stone went in about three months. Not too shabby <preens>

Still a tub though, I'm afraid

3 1/2 stone in 3 months is a dangerous amount to lose!
  16. blueeyes Fri Sep 01, 2006 8:40 pm #16
You didn't see the before picture.

Anyway, in fairness it's different when you're overweight since the weight is lost quicker.

Also I'm hardly underweight now so t'is all to the good.
  17. em'n'mz Fri Sep 01, 2006 9:13 pm #17
i have to say that is dangerous. if u lose weight to quickly its bad plus uve proberbly ruined ur matabolizium.
  18. blueeyes Fri Sep 01, 2006 9:18 pm #18
    nope, not really

I ate two good meals a day - which is often recomended except that you're advised to skip dinner and not lunch!

I never found another way that worked, after many years of trying! Anyhoo, it worked for me and nothing but good came of it! So there <pulls face>

hmmm wen my sis went on a diet she used weight watchers n she says it was da best 1 she tried as overall she lost 6 stone (she was really over weight)
  20. blueeyes Fri Sep 01, 2006 9:55 pm #20
Yeah, well I was callorie counting basically!
Stuff like that's too flimsy for me though. I need to be really quite strict with maself.
  21. beckly Wed Sep 06, 2006 9:18 pm #21
The best diet is a balanced diet (says she whos a veggetarian, real balanced that)

I've never really dieted properly. I kinda make a conciouse effort to eat less but I'm not really that strict about it. I'll never be skinny. But I've never really bothered that much about my weight.
  22. blueeyes Wed Sep 06, 2006 9:38 pm #22
You're slim with curves, Miss 'I'll never be skinny'.

Don't make me come up there!
