Wouldnt use a glass milk bottle though....try one of those plastic frij milk shake bottles. I made cider jelly in one before and found it was real easy to cut the jelly out of the mold once it had set.
Put too much gelatine in and it wouldnt stop bouncing. Looked slightly dodgy as well and looked more like a sex toy than something you'd want to eat .
