    Can any one tell me how i up load a pic??????????? please, thank you.

    You can't upload them, but you can link to them using the img tags. You can use something like flickr or photobucket to upload pictures to and link from.

    personally i use imageshack.us, they also give you the code for thumbnails and full size image for forums and websites/
