    The 'SMASHING ORANGY BIT'.Just use Regular orange or tangerine jelly instead of gelatine and juice which just tastes like plastic!

    Thanks for the tip, but if you read every jaffa cake pimp that's been done on the site you'd see it's been discovered already ^_^

    i think the cobination of sponge and jelly is just destined to be rubbery, the only reason you cant tell on a normal jaffa is that its so pathetically small....
