PB M&Ms are pretty much the same as Reece's Pieces ain't they?
  9. pesky Thu Jun 08, 2006 2:45 pm #9
i was just about to say reese's pieces are peanut butter in a sugary shell... but cal got there first
  10. LadyV Thu Jun 08, 2006 6:12 pm #10
I'm just revelling in the peanut buttery goodness here folks. Since we don't get reeces pieces here in the UK I am strangely excited by peanut butter M&M's.
Did you know you can also get almond M&M's in America?!

  12. LadyV Thu Jun 08, 2006 7:25 pm #12
Well some of my colleagues who work in our US office have been over this week and they kindly brought some over. I can't auction them off - I'm too busy eating them! [Little thongue man]

I'm off to work on the Peanut Butter M&M. I know the peanut butter filling needs to use powdered milk. If anyone could provide some info on the (any) candy coating.....

Edit: Right now I'm thinking about a confectioner's chocolate for the coating, but I don't know how it'll stick.

Revelling in peanut butter goodness but Revels are different to M&Ms. [Razz]

M&M's are smaller than Revels. Revels probably taste better too, as M&M's use a low quality chocolate and coarse tasting coating wax.

all revels are nice bar the coffee one, they even admit it in the advert so why dont they stop putting the awful coffee ones in the pack?

Here we are again on the topic of coffee flavoured sweets.
Aledrob, they put coffee one's in because people like me like them. I know I am not alone in this.
Now if you are looking for something awful, the orange one's definitely qualify!

I won't order anything from cyber candy as if your not in to sign for the package they take it away again and i work every day! i dont wanna pay for something i never get!! i wanted to get some of the raspberry flavour coke they had on there tho............

can't you get it delivered to work?
  21. Vix83 Sun Jun 11, 2006 6:18 pm #21
i work in admin at tescos, they dont agree with private post at work!! especially not sweets i think!!
  22. LadyV Mon Jun 12, 2006 11:22 am #22
Vix, your Tesco's people don't sound very accomodating. I mean if you were getting all your mail delivered there, then maybe they would have something to moan about.
I mail order/internet shop for everything virtually - I would be really stuck if I couldn't get my stuff delivered to work.
Do you want me to come round and have a word with them?
  23. Vix83 Mon Jun 12, 2006 7:10 pm #23
yes please lady V , its all about making money for them y'know, they dont think about us little people!

I saw some of those Peanut Butter M&Ms today in a sweet shop in Chester. They sell all things american.....I was tempted to buy Oreo Cerial but decided not to when I saw the price was £7 a box, I'll stick with Frosties for the time.

They have chewy sweet versions of burgers at service stations. They're quite fun but wouldn't know how to make a full sized burger version?! <ponders>
