I will be avoiding it like the plague.

I'm going to try not to watch it. It's a slippery slope when you start with these things...

i cannot see the appeal. watching them is EXACTLY what these hideous losers want us to do. it sickens me

not that i'm being over the top or anything

i don't like big brother, i hate the fact that total nobodys with no talent get famous for doing nothing!! trouble is once you start watching you just can't stop!! i preferred love island last year!

It usually takes me a few weeks to get into it, I'm no "slave" to it - watching it live on E4 has no appeal - I'll just watch the 1 hour shows at night.

It did go a bit "awry" a few years back, they just weren't getting the blend of contestant right but this years looks like it could be fireworks!

I met "Miss Wales" who is going in at a video shoot for Goldie Lookin Chain. She's a nice person.

Some of the rest sound... Random.

It's throwaway TV, granted, but strangely compulsive.

As I pointed out in the "Summer = Boobies" thread I find human behaviour quite interesting, and while this is the extreme end, and many will be putting on a false front or pretense, the guard always slips and it's great to watch.

This years Celeb one was fantastic. It's whetted my appetite for this one.

I think anything concerning Big Brother shoudl be banned.

We have a rule at work, mention BB and you automatically volunteer for all sh!t jobs that need doing

and it seems everyone was watching it, as the forum is absolutely dead [Rolling Eyes]
and now everyone is watching the A-Team thing on channel 4 with JLC - he is a funny man [Laughing]

I will be securing a sample of the plague as a preferable way to spend the summer.

You would not believe what came into work today: Jade Goody's autobiography. Somebody had reserved it. RESERVED IT.

The last trace of my respect for human life evaporated today.

If I could have Jade Goody taken out professionally, I would. How she's even still alive is beyond me.

My shoe deserves more fame than that fat, stupid cow.

That's the thing thogh. I can handle people being clearly morons if they're, y'know, likeable anyway. Or I can handle people being unpleasant (though less so than the former) if they're in some way interesting or useful. But the woman is both horrible and unbelievably dim. And incredibly unpleasant and annoying. Who the hell keeps giving her money? People whinging about jobseeker's allowance and people on benefits should bloody well moan about her instead. How the hell do they think it feels to subsist on forty quid a week despite your best efforts at finding work, then glancing at the tv to see that contemptible harpy rolling in money for doing nothing and being entirely without any kind of charm?

I might have to see if I can get this rule enforced at my work. It sounds excellent.

I can't accurately answer the whys of the problem. It would require an equation or something that somehow analyses society as a whole.

Suffice to say, I blame stupidity. People are stupid. Look no further.

The kitchen does look sweet though - half outdoors half indoors.

    The people?

    Bunch of randoms!
