lol, did you get yours today too PimpDaddy?! How did you do em'n'mz?
I got 0 As, 1 B, 2 Cs and 4 Ds today! I can now go work in McDonalds just like I wanted [Very Happy] [Very Happy]
(Actually, I just got a call today and got offered my first ever full time job [Smile] So it's good news all around! I finished Uni just over a month ago and now I'll be earning money doing a 9-5 job. Oh the horror.)

*blah blah blah*
Also congratulations Tricky, what's the job?
Also #2 - I'll reply to your PM shortly, honest!
I did my GCSEs about 6 years ago now so you're not far off my age! I remember I got decent grades but can't remember them all off the top of my head.
The job is working for RM (Research Machines) which deal with computers for schools and ICT in education. It's based in Oxford so either a very long commute each day or stay in a B'n'B 4 nights a week and return home at the weekend. Fingers crossed the job is good, I know the company is fun and offers a great social life to go with the work life they'll chuck at me.

i guess it was ok considering the a's n a* r the subjects i want to carry on and the c's are the 1's i hate and never really put 100% effort in
Awesome [Very Happy] That was the same deal with me (I did worse in the subjects I didn't like and didn't intend to carry on any further).
Congratulations em'n'mz [Smile] I'll have a drink on you! (considering you're underage I wouldn't like to encourage alcoholism in youths).
What are your plans now that you have successfully completed your GCSEs?
to do my a-levels as i have a scolar ship for engineering. i have a lot to live up 2 as 2 of my sisters went to cambridge and 2 of them went to oxford.
considering i'm not underage in some county's ur not encourging if you did lol, parents did break out the champange thou and my sister sent me flowers n chocolates so it was pretty good.
Hey hey hey, my friend's got an engineering scholarship. Hers is from the RAF, I believe. Mind you, she's ended up doing A levels for three years so that she could get the right ones <shudders>
We are very different people, her and me...
Anyway, congratulations, em'n'mz
Also, PD, if you're complaining about a person's English you may want to steer clear of 'Congrats' :-p
I daresay I have made countless mistakes in this little essay, but I got an A* in English and English lit, so ya cannae get me.
(I should probably mention my rather embarrassing B in literature at A level, hoewever. I had a bad year <blush>)
