    Iv found a recipe for maltesers!
    they are made the same way as meringues accept with horlicks.

    Miss out the cocoa powder and chocolate malt powder and replace with 2 tablespoons of horlicks.you will be amazed by the results!

    Looks close but the honeycomb bit in the middle seems to have collapsed.

    ye maybe thats you replace 2 ingridents with horlicks?
