I looked at her website and discovered she recently bought a ipod [Smile] She's prbably a bit tied up loading up all her favourite songs.

i am honoured and delighted to have an entire post wondering where i am, and i've been away less than a month. makes me feel a bit weepy actually

yes, i have been busy putting my ENTIRE cd collection on the ipod - for once i have bought a gadget that i haven't broken or been annoyed with after a week

other eagle eyed website viewers might (oh actually won't have as it's on a friends filter..) have noticed that we are also in the process of adopting a child. eeeeeeeek. this is taking up a bit of time as well, and i haven't pimped a snack for too long. however, i might finally have a go this weekend with something as we have visitors and i like the idea of feeding them huge snacks.

anyway, off to catch up on posts before i have to go and buy a toilet seat to impress social services

well, sort of. our toilet seat is broken, and when they come to check if i'm suitable to give a child to, i don't want them to think i can't even look after a toilet seat

well good luck with the adoption
and heh i have been away from this forum for about a year but does anyone care?

    nah... [Razz]

also how can you not have a Loo seat?
  19. Vix83 Thu Sep 28, 2006 2:35 pm #19
wow, thats amazing! welcome back Pesky, im sure social services will like you whether you have a loo seat or not! its about love not appliances! (unless they make big snacks!)
  20. pesky Thu Sep 28, 2006 3:10 pm #20
our toilet seat is just broken, we do have one

jesus, didn't realise it would start such a discussion [Smile]

i also bought a new lightpull but not to impress them

do you think when they come i should bake a big snack?
  21. blueeyes Thu Sep 28, 2006 3:25 pm #21
<goes to ask social worker brother "Do big snacks aid the adoption process?">

Will get back to you [Laughing]

  23. pesky Thu Sep 28, 2006 6:26 pm #23
