With a steady hand we poured the melted choc into the mould in 4 seperate stages. Suddenly our Freddo was taking shape!
We left him to set in a cold garage, while we went out for dinner. Upon returning to the house a few hours later, the excitement in the air was electric! .. He was set and ready to be shown to the world. After a few scarry seconds we had managed to flip him over and do the big reveal. The poor fellow needed his clingfilm removed and a little "polishing" with hot water due to melted chocolate setting in the horrible "white" manner that it does in your car.
So there he was - we had done it and we were extremely happy with out pimping! - It had totally exceeded out expectations and we hope you like it :D
