5. Put the beautiful mixture onto tinfoil and shape RuFfLe style, place in freezer for 10mins while you melt the chocolate over a saucepan of hot water.

6. Retract Ruffle from freezer and pour the chocolate on top. Back to freezer for a while.

7. Proceed to lick bowl with vigor.

8.Take out of freezer...and VOILA! La Ruffle Extroadinaire!
